We understand that no two athletes are the same, and for that reason, every workout is individualized for maximal results. We also respect the delicate balance between training and recovery. This is why we communicate with our athletes and use their feedback to adjust the training load as needed. No matter your goals, big or small, IronGoat Endurance can help you reach your them with a personalized online training program.

Online Run Training Program

The IGE Run Training Program can be tailored to all levels – novice to elite – to focus on both short and long term physical and mental goals. The modest athlete may have a goal of finishing or improving on a previous result with a simplified plan. The experienced athlete may rely more on performance analysis and data driven outcomes.  Interval, tempo, and endurance runs, as well as strength training (at home or gym), will be programmed based on the current level of fitness and the goals of the athlete.  All programming is done online and can be accessed anywhere. 

$150/month (+one time $50 set up fee for new athletes)

Suggested commitment:  3-6 months prior to event date depending on current level of fitness. 

 

MILE TO MARATHON (1- 26.2 miles)

  • Weekly/Monthly (based on athlete) running calendar with scheduled workouts and rest days 
  • Equipment requirements will be determined after coach/athlete discuss goals
  • Unlimited text/email communication with your coach
  • 50% Discount on personal sessions (1-1 online chat, video analysis, or in-person technique sessions)
  • Includes TrainingPeaks – Basic Athlete Edition

ULTRA MARATHON (50k+)

  • Requires GPS running watch & heart rate monitor (Garmin, Suunto, etc.)
  • Unlimited text/email communication with your coach
  • Monthly Phone Communication (2-4 x month based on athlete need, 15-30 min)
  • 50% Discount on personal sessions (1-1 online chat, video analysis, or in-person technique sessions)
  • Includes TrainingPeaks – Basic Athlete Edition
